Are you ready to buy a home in the Las Vegas area?

Let’s get started!

Step 1

The first step would be to get you pre-approved for a mortgage loan (unless you are buying cash).

Get in contact with a mortgage lending institution (bank, mortgage broker or mortgage lender).

You will need to provide pay stubs, W2s, and bank statements in order for the lender to determine if you qualify for a home loan.

If you do not yet qualify, or d0 not qualify for a big enough loan, a mortgage lender can guide you and help y0u get to where you need to be.

Click here to read more info on “Qualifying for a Mortgage Loan.”

Note: Any qualified mortgage lender may issue you an FHA loan or VA Loan. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) does not itself issue the loan. Neither does the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).

It is advised you shop around for a lender that best fits your needs as they all offer different programs and rates.

Here are my top recommended loan officers:

  • John Panich - Guild Mortgage - Mobile: 702-985-5586

  • Rob Adams - Cardinal Financial Company - Mobile: 702-419-2354

  • Jeff Wucinich - Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation - Mobile: 702-348-7573

Feel free to contact any of the lenders listed above to get pre-approved for your home loan.

It is extremely important that you do not jeopardize your mortgage loan qualification after your pre-approval.

It is highly advised you do not open any other line of credit at this time, or inquire about any new lines of credit by providing your SSN, until after closing date on your new home.

It is also recommended you keep your employment situation as similar as possible from the time of your pre-approval (same company, same department, equal or greater working hours per pay-period, equal or greater income).

Please speak to your lender before engaging, starting or changing anything that might affect your loan qualification (any of the information your Lender asked for during the pre-approval).

Step 2

HOme Search:

Let’s begin by clicking the button bellow and filling out the Buyer Questionnaire.

Once you complete the Buyer Questionnaire, I will start a FREE home search for you on the REALTOR® Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Every day, you will receive an email with an automated list of the most recent homes for sale that fit your criteria.

Note: I am also able to help you search and buy a newly-build / newly-constructed home. It is highly advised you get an agent to represent you when dealing with a new home developer.

Step 3

The Buying Process:

Let’s meet and go house shopping!

As your real estate agent, I will schedule showings, help you find the perfect home, and handle negotiations and the contract.

Here are a couple of articles to help you understand the home buying process.
